TUTOR USE AND DISTRIBUTION RELEASE

I hereby give my consent for the non-profit use and distribution of The Piping Tutor (Books 1-5) to all who may wish to use it with the following conditions:

1. The Piping Tutor (Books 1-5) will remain in the original format and will not be altered without my express permission.
2. All credit will be given to myself for the creation of The Piping Tutor (Books 1-5).
3. The Piping Tutor (Books 1-5) will be distributed freely and without royalties to anyone including myself. Please note that charging for the cost of printing may be overlooked as long as it is for the use of a private tutition.
4. The Piping Tutor (Books 1-5) can be used in profit making organisations as long as permission is granted from myself to distribute the books in large numbers (over 10) and no profit is taken from the distribution or printing of these books.
5. The Piping Tutor (Books 1-5) may not be copied and redistributed under another title or another author for profit or otherwise.
6. The Piping Tutor (Books 1-5) may be printed from electronic form into hard copy or vice versa as many times as the holder wishes as long as the above conditions are not broken.

Please note that if I recieve knowledge that any of these conditions have been broken, I will not hesitate to take affirmative action.
